MY STORY

I'm a self taught visual artist and a self made entrepreneur. I believe in channelling my creative urges in order to produce unique artwork in Pakistan. I take inspiration for my work from the vast variety in the rich and colourful culture of Pakistan. Mussawerah is born out of a combination of my patriotism and experiences of being a victim of racism, plagiarism and other atrocities of Asian society, which allows my perspective as an artist to remain traditional yet contemporary. Art is how I battle against the indifference of humans and offer new ways of viewing the world. It's my way of showing the positivity and being grateful for all that is beautiful around me.
